If you've got a craving for crêpes, A.B.'s might be just what you've been waiting for.

The new downtown "crêpe shop" features a rotating menu of sweet and savory delicacies, so you never know what to expect, but you can count on something tasty.

According to the owner, anything with Nutella is always popular. Surefire homies-tested combinations are the Black Forest with ham, brie and apples, the Eggs Benedict or the veggie-friendly Florentine with spinach and mozzarella. If you can't find exactly what you're looking for on the day's menu A.B. is happy to take special requests, as long they've got the right ingredients.

Each crepe is about $5 and should be enough to satisfy one person for breakfast or lunch--these aren't just sidewalk snacks.

New in 2006! Now open during the weekend for lunch. Seating is limited (two tables and four seats at the bar), but A.B. will be glad to box up your crepes to go if you ask.
